Loan refinancing

Legal advice in the loan refinancing process. Our services included drafting the standard collaterals for the transaction concerning refinancing of the existing lender. The services also included due diligence on the client’s side and responding to red flags arising from the audit of the financing banks. Post-closing assistance in fulfillment of conditions subsequent. The documentation was prepared in the LMA standard. Value of refinancing: EUR 130 million

Loan agreement for real estate project

Providing legal services in obtaining financing (loan) regarding real estate project in Poland. The documentation included loan agreement and entire package of legal collaterals for such transaction. The services also included the opinion on additional documentation under English law and the preparation of the entire range of corporate consents. The documentation was prepared in the LMA standard. Value of financing exceeded EUR 100 million

Loan agreement for construction investment

Supporting the Client in the process of negotiating the terms of loan agreement with a leading Polish bank. The loan was required to expand a production facility. Legal advice in the course of financing the investment with the loan as well as preparation of the documentation required for the drawdown of the loan tranches and subsequent loan settlement. Legal advice in renegotiating the terms of executed loan agreement (in the LMA standard). Value of financing: approx. PLN 160 million.
