Acquisition of logistic parks

Providing advisory services on the acquisition of logistics parks in five countries of Central Europe by a leading investment bank. The advisory services included structuring the transaction, preparation of the structuring report, verification of transaction documentation (including SPA), reviewing and structuring the financing model, coordinating the work of the advisors in five local jurisdictions as well as close cooperation with the investor in London. Value of the transaction: approx. EUR 230 million

Financing a real estate project – office properties

Legal services in the process of financing a real estate project. The representation included the due diligence stage and also covered technical, legal and environmental issues, as well as clarification of the legal status of office properties. The services also included the preparation of legal collaterals, registration of collaterals in courts and the verification of the fulfillment of the conditions precedent. Value of transaction: approx. EUR 55 million.

Financing a real estate project

Legal advice regarding the financing of a real estate project. The legal advisory included conducting legal due diligence as well as technical and legal matters and clarification of the legal status of the real estate. The advisory also included the preparation of legal collaterals, registration of collaterals in courts and verification of the fulfillment of the conditions precedent. Value of transaction: approx. EUR 18 million.
