Advice was provided on the passing of rights and obligations arising from permits following a change of the installation operator under the Environmental Protection Law Act. The elements required to be considered included the characteristics of the installation, legal subjective relations and the time of passing and, in the next step, consultations in the process of applying for a variation to the permits held to reflect the change of the installation operator.
