Representation services were provided to the project owner (an entity active in the manufacturing and commercial sector) in the construction of a new fully automated plant set to be one of the most advanced ceramic tile factories in the world. The project was worth PLN 120 m. The legal advice and counsel included negotiations of the terms and conditions of the contract to be delivered through general contracting; monitoring of the proper contract performance; final account settlement under the contract, including subcontractor claims; formal preparation of the site for commissioning; monitoring of the warranty service; and mitigation of risks that entities involved in the project as contractors could potentially become insolvent or bankrupt.
