Legal advice and counsel was provided to the Project Engineer in charge of the supervision of the project entitled “Construction of a new Podłęże – Szczyrzyc – Tymbark/Mszana Dolna Railway Line and Upgrade of the Existing Railway Line No. 104 Chabówka – Nowy Sącz: Stage I: Preparation. This engagement covered reviews and assessments of contract claims; support in preparation and review of correspondence under the contract regarding current issues of contract performance. The project was worth over PLN 300 m.
