Legal services were provided for an infrastructure project of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA, the national railway infrastructure manager, to upgrade the Warsaw to Łódź railway line (Stage II, Lot A and C). A special focus was on support in the review and assessment of contract claims; the validity of subcontractor claims; and the acceptability of contract modifications. The total worth of the works was ca. PLN 400 m.
