A legal analysis was prepared to review the available procedures for making claims under the so-called Electricity Act, which was intended to stabilise electricity prices for end-customers in 2019 in response to the anticipated price spike. The probability of end consumers making requests for lower electricity prices despite inaction of the utility provider was assessed by referring to the provisions of the Act.
