Proposed draft agreement between general contractors and designers

An agreement between general contractors and designers is an important step towards identifying issues arising along the way and putting a structure to mutual expectations.

What has happened?

Design–Build general contractors and designers have met up to discuss a concept of a model cooperation agreement between GCs and designers. The draft was developed in the Polish Road Congress’s project committee.

Our lawyers, Ms Anna Oleksiewicz and Mr Łukasz Kotarba, supported one of our Clients, an engineering design firm, in preparing comments to the proposed draft agreement.

We hope that the agreement will bring meaningful results and contribute to effective resolution of issues between general contractors and designers.
