Legal advice to the contract engineer as part of an investment project concerning the design and construction of the S17 expressway between Warsaw and Garwolin. The legal support included, among other things, analysis of the contractor's claims and recommendation of their acceptance, procedures for amending the contract and verification of agreements with subcontractors. Total value of works: EUR 170 million

Legal advice for tile manufacturing plant project

Advising the investor, a leading ceramics manufacturer, during the preparation, execution and financial settlement of the project related to developing an advanced and fully automated tile manufacturing plant incorporating cutting-edge production technologies and methods. Total value of the project: EUR 37 million

Legal support during the development of car engine production plant

Advising the general contractor, a Polish subsidiary of an international construction group, responsible for the development of a petrol and diesel car engine production plant. Value: EUR 90 million

Legal support concerning regasification terminal

Advising the contract engineer - leader of the consortium - on the expansion of the land part of the liquefied natural gas regasification terminal in Świnoujście. Value: EUR 250 million

Legal assistance for a high-speed railway project
