Associate at Hoogells Oleksiewicz sp. k., Advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and received the international title of Master of Law (LL.M.) from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington.
She gained professional experience in renowned Polish and foreign law firms and with a general contractor implementing infrastructure projects such as expressways and motorways. Expert in the field of procedural law concerning commercial and civil court disputes, in particular construction and banking disputes.
She specializes in handling infrastructure contracts financed from public funds based on FIDIC contract conditions. Currently, she is involved in identifying risks for the client on the investor-contractor-subcontractor line, administering the claims process on construction projects and preparing legal opinions assessing the validity of submitted claims and their promptness.
