Łukasz Gorek

He has experience of working with clients throughout the lifecycle of a project to assist in preparation of tender documentation, management of risk, claim management, avoidance of disputes and achieving best result commercially. He has expertise in all major standard forms of contract, including FIDIC and Orgalime. He also represents clients in civil and commercial court and arbitration proceedings.

For over 18 years he successfully cooperated with leading international law firms in Poland as well as was associated with a construction company, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, belonging to an international capital group. Over there, he was responsible, inter alia, for strategic advice in matters related to litigation, holding the position of Head of Litigation. He has many years of extensive experience in providing services directly to the implementation of the largest construction contracts and investment projects, construction disputes, claims management, as well as in building litigation strategies. Łukasz is also an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (SAKIG).
