The next section of  the Via Carpatia with the participation of Hoogells!

S19 on the section Haćki – Bielsk Podlaski Zachód junction (with the junction) with a section of the national road No. 66 to the existing national road No. 19 and on the section Bielsk Podlaski Zachód (without a junction) – Boćki junction (with a junction), this is the latest infrastructure investment in the portfolio of Hoogells.

Our lawyers support the Contract Engineer, who is the engineering company DTŚ S.A. The function of DTŚ S.A. is to supervise the design and implementation of works and contract management.

Project’s DNA:

• investment value – PLN 325.98 million
•  years of construction works 2022-2024
• investment carried out in design-build system
• 9 km – the length of the section
• 2 road junctions (Bielsk Podlaski North and Bielsk Podlaski West)
• 7 viaducts
• 2 animal crossings
• 7 ecological culverts (for small animals and amphibians)
• 1 Road Maintenance Depot
