We carry out restructuring processes in corporate groups, including\u00a0reviewing strategic options and reviewing essential assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our law firm offers advanced legal advisory to companies from the\u00a0FinTech, InsurTech and RegTech\u00a0sector, accelerating their development. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We support capital market Clients within investment processes, including tender offer for securities.
