Currently, the obligation to digitalise procurement applies to procedures where the contract value is estimated above the EU thresholds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will change?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The obligation to fully digitalise procurement will be put off in time from 1 January 2020 to 1 January 2021. This refers to public contract award procedures conducted by contracting authorities other than the central contracting authority where the contract value is estimated below the EU thresholds.<\/p>\n<p>Next, the act passed will go to the Senate for review.
