Partner, head of claim management, attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She manages a team of attorneys providing legal advice in the area of obtaining and executing infrastructure contracts.

 

She has over 10 years of experience in providing legal services to general contractors both in the area of public procurement law and in providing legal services to ongoing road, rail and cubature projects. She has extensive experience in providing ongoing legal services to construction companies in the area of legal advice to internal organisational structures of companies (i.e. administration, HR, communication, finance or purchasing departments).

 

She has longstanding experience in providing legal services to entities overseeing the implementation of infrastructure projects, particularly those based on FIDIC contractual terms and conditions, particularly with regard to the construction of expressways, the construction and modernisation of railway lines, and the modernisation of railway stations.

 

The scope of legal services (provided to public procurers, private procurers, entities supervising the execution of infrastructure investments, general contractors) includes in particular: drafting, providing opinions on tender documentation, support in the process of analysing risks required for estimating bids submitted, representing the interests of clients before the National Appeal Chamber, assistance in conducting correspondence between the ordering party and the contractor during tender proceedings, support in the process of negotiating contracts with subcontractors, suppliers and service providers, verification of contracts concluded with subcontractors engaged to carry out work under supervised infrastructural projects, support in the process of analysing the circumstances justifying the claims procedure, drafting claims of general contractors, issuing opinions on claims submitted to investors, drafting annexes, agreements concluded on the line ordering party – general contractor as well as ordering party – consultant supervising construction projects.
