Counsel at Hoogells, legal counsel and Member of the Warsaw Bar Association. His practice focuses on legal advice relating to infrastructure and construction projects, with a special emphasis on construction litigation.

He advises Clients in their day-to-day business operations, solving complex issues that require complementary knowledge and a cross-section of experience in multiple branches of law as well as usual, routine issues. He also advises Clients in matters of energy law.

Extensively experienced in contentious matters, he represents Clients in litigation, administrative and judicial administrative proceedings.

Graduate from the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Law and Administration, Krakow, Poland, and the AHG University of Science and Technology Faculty of Management, Krakow, Poland, where he has completed a Post-Graduate Course in Public Procurement. He has completed his legal counsel training at the Warsaw Bar Association. He provides legal services in Polish and in English.
