He has 20 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, including private equity transactions, e.g. share/asset deals, company mergers, conversions and divisions (spin-offs) as well as Capital Markets transactions (IPOs, pre-IPOs, stock options, issuing debt instruments). Extensively experienced in Banking & Finance, including corporate finance projects, LMA credits, distressed debts, investment funds and corporate group restructurings.

He has advised numerous national and international companies, e.g. from the financial, energy, property and TMT sectors, with a special focus on FinTech, InsurTech and RegTech.

He provides dedicated and highly advanced legal support to professional sports entities, e.g. in terms of strategic sponsorship contracts. Graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration and Executive MBA studies. He has completed Legal Counsel course.

He has participated in a number of international specialised training courses and conferences on the he security of M&A transactions. Currently, he is writing a PhD thesis in company (corporate) law and capital markets law. He has a long-standing record of working for the Polish capital market. Before joining the Hoogells team, he has cooperated with the Big Four consulting firms and renowned law firms in Warsaw.
