Marcin is an attorney-at-law with over 20 years of experience providing legal services to business entities, particularly in the infrastructure and energy sectors. In his practice, he combines expert legal knowledge with a deep understanding of business realities, advising management boards in key decision-making processes.
He has extensive managerial experience gained while serving as the head of legal departments in leading companies in the construction and energy sectors. He successfully built and managed legal teams of over a dozen lawyers, being responsible for the companies’ legal strategy in the area of conducting construction contracts and for the optimisation of internal processes.
His areas of specialization include construction law and the comprehensive legal handling of infrastructure contracts. Marcin has unique know-how in managing multimillion-value projects carried out under FIDIC contract conditions, from the negotiation and drafting stages through to claims management and court disputes. As an expert in the field of infrastructure, he supports clients in the implementation of strategic infrastructure projects, minimising contractual and operational risks.
