Natalia Szewczyk

Since the beginning of her professional career, she has been advising the largest general contractors in Poland on building and road construction projects. She gained her professional experience at one of the leading Polish law firms specializing in infrastructure disputes. In her practice to date, she has primarily represented clients performing contracts concluded under public procurement and based on FIDIC contract forms, both at the pre-litigation stage and at the court proceedings stage. Natalia has also prepared litigation strategies in multi-threaded disputes where the value of the dispute reached several hundred million zlotys.
Associate at Hoogells Oleksiewicz sp. k., member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated with honors in law from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in public procurement law at the University of Łódź.
She currently specializes in disputes concerning the valorization of contractual remuneration and successfully represents clients in disputes concerning the payment of contractual penalties (liquidated damages), the costs of extension, and the costs associated with the performance of additional or replacement works.
