Grzegorz Majewski

Grzegorz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. He gained his professional experience advising contracting authorities on the implementation of investment projects in the energy, petrochemical and agrochemical sectors, at every stage of project execution — from feasibility studies, through the preparation of tender specifications (SIWZ), technology sourcing, drafting and negotiating works contracts, and cooperation with supervisory authorities, to project implementation and final project settlement.
He has assisted on projects involving construction of chemical plants, peak-load steam boiler houses and offshore wind farms, the sale of green hydrogen for the automotive sector, the acquisition of chemical production technologies, as well as shipbuilding production and support for the offshore industry.
For many years, he has been involved in the day-to-day handling of business processes — from strategic advisory at management board level to supporting the ongoing operational activities of individual employees. He has experience providing legal assistance across all aspects of corporate operations, with a particular focus on State Treasury companies.
