Senior Associate at Hoogells and member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She gained her professional experience both in law firms and as in-house lawyer for companies operating in domestic and international markets. Her areas of expertise include commercial law, contract law, and comprehensive legal support for businesses.
On a day-to-day basis, she advises entrepreneurs on all aspects of their ongoing business operations, with a particular focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. She has extensive experience in corporate matters and represents clients in negotiations at various stages of contract performance and implementation. She also advises clients on employment law, compliance, and contract risk management.
She conducts training sessions for management teams and employees, tailored to the specific nature of their responsibilities and business functions. A significant part of her practice is dedicated to advising on cross-border projects and business operations. She completed an LL.M. in German Law at the University of Bonn (Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn) and graduated from the Corporate Academy at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She is fluent in both German and English.
