For over 10 years, she was associated with leading law firms on the development and construction markets, where she gained broad experience and specialization in the real estate sector. In the following years, she held the position of general counsel and head of legal departments – in-house – for entities operating in the commercial and residential real estate sectors, and provided services to a wide portfolio of companies forming well-established capital groups.
She supervised and coordinated, from the position of managing director, ongoing development projects and transactions within a private-sector real estate holding.
She has experience, backed by years of practice, in the comprehensive legal analysis of real estate matters in the fields of administrative and civil law, including contractual obligations. Her expertise has also been shaped through court disputes in these areas and numerous legal due diligence reports.
