Barbara specializes in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs in the real estate sector, covering investment processes, construction law, real estate transactions, and real estate litigation. Her practice focuses on due diligence, real estate acquisitions and transfer of real estate titles, as well as the legal support of investment and construction projects.
Attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law. She graduated in Law from Kozminski University in Warsaw and also holds a Master’s degree in Logistics.
She also has experience in corporate services for commercial law companies, including incorporation, transformations, liquidations, and acquisitions of business entities. She gained her professional experience in Warsaw law firms, where for nine years she supported clients in the implementation of complex business projects.
