Anna leads the Firm’s Construction and Engineering practice. She has nearly 20 years of experience in providing legal advice in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Anna advises clients on all aspects and stages of the delivery of construction and engineering projects, from procuring, drafting and negotiating contracts, through the handling of ongoing projects, to the avoidance and resolution of disputes.
Anna represents employers, contractors, developers, architects, engineers, consultants and investors in projects pertaining to roads, oil and gas infrastructure, production facilities, and other infrastructural and commercial ventures. She is highly appreciated for her proactive and business-oriented approach to the constantly evolving commercial, financial, and legal environment.
She is the President of the Board of the Polish Union of Designers and Engineers [Związek Ogólnopolski Projektantów i Inżynierów] whose primary goal is to promote and safeguard the interests of entities operating in the areas of designing, engineering, and related services. Anna frequently advocates the issues relevant to the Union before ministries and state agencies. Her recent work revolves around valuation of contracts in public procurement projects.
