Łukasz Ołdakowski

Łukasz joined the Hoogells team in November 2025 r. as Counsel in M&A practice. He is a legal advisor with over 20 – years experience, admitted by Warsaw Legal Advisors’ Chamber. He graduated from Warsaw Universtity’s Psychology Faculty as well as Law and Administration Faculty, where he has also completed post-graduate studies in mediation, negotiations and ADR.
Łukasz started his work in banking industry and after a few years he turned to the legal branch. He spent a significant part of his career in an international law firm. He advised clients of a domestic law office and run his own practice. He worked with clients from multiple branches including energy, telecommunications, car sale and service, pharmaceutical.
He has participated in numerous transactions, legal due diligence processes, represented clients in disputes and advised them in current activities. He has a record of successfull proceedings. He believes that understanding of client’s business and recognition of his needs are crucial to legal advisory. Łukasz was a deputy editor-in-chief and then the editor-in-chief of „Radca prawny” bulletin issued by Polish Legal Advisors’ National Council. He was also a member of supervisory boards, including WSE listed companies.
