Natalia Żurawska

Junior Associate at Hoogells Oleksiewicz sp. k., attorney trainee (aplikantka adwokacka) at the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated with distinction in Law from the University of Warsaw and is currently continuing her education at Kozminski University, pursuing an LLM in International Commercial Law.
From the very beginning of her professional career, she has been involved in providing legal services to the largest general contractors operating on the Polish market, carrying out building and infrastructure projects, including road investments. She gained her professional experience at a renowned Polish law firm specialising in infrastructure disputes. In her legal practice to date, she has primarily represented Clients performing contracts concluded under the public procurement regime as well as contracts based on the FIDIC standard forms, both at the pre-litigation stage and in court proceedings.
Currently, Natalia’s main area of specialisation includes disputes concerning claims arising after contract termination as well as claims for payment related to the performance of additional works. Natalia also has practical experience in matters related to service agreements and agency agreements.
