Wojciech Gunia

Wojciech Ł. Gunia LL.M. MBA specialises in construction law cases. In addition, he deals with cases in the fields of real estate law, commercial law, business law, intellectual property law, IT law and contract law. In parallel to advising on Polish law, he also advises on German law.

 

Within the scope of his professional practice, he has conducted and advised on construction investments with regard to cubature objects (representing both the investor, general contractor and subcontractors in numerous cases), line objects (e.g. during the construction of the S14 route or the construction of the 400 kV line Chełm – Lublin Systemowa), as well as modular objects (both in steel and wooden construction). He has led and advised on the construction investments carried out in Germany based on the provisions of German law regarding the procurement of construction investments.

 

In addition, he graduated in Administration from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin and is a graduate of the School of German Law conducted at the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the Ruprecht-Karl University in Heidelberg and the Jan Gutenberg University in Mainz.

 

Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin and graduated magna cum laude in law from the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster. In addition, he graduated with a postgraduate degree in Master of Business Administration.

 

Co-author of a commentary to the Construction Law, author of publications on anti-money laundering, business activities of local government units and construction law, as well as translator of German-language publications.

 

He gained professional experience during his internship in law firms in Lublin and Warsaw as well as while working as an In-house Lawyer.
