Senior associate at Hoogells, advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association. She specializes in real estate law, civil law and real estate transactions. She is also well-versed in matters related to transport law and e-commerce law.
She has over 6 years of professional experience gained in major Polish and international law firms and as an in-house lawyer in an e-commerce company.
She has advised Polish and foreign investors on real estate investment transactions (both asset deals and share deals). She has contributed to the preparation of transaction documentation and due diligence reports, including im matters related to real estate investment financing. She has been professionally involved in numerous commercial real estate sale and acquisition transactions in Poland.
Her areas of expertise also include drafting sales contracts providing ongoing legal assistance in real estate matters, preparing general contractual terms and conditions and license agreements.
She has participated in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKIK) concerning infringement of collective consumer interests.
She is fluent in English, Russian and Italian.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, the School of British and European Law organized by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge, and the Italian Law School organized by the University of Catania.
She currently attends an LLM program in International Commercial Law at Kozminski University.
