Attorney-at-law, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He worked in one of the largest Polish capital groups as well as in top international law firms.

He has extensive experience in providing legal advice to businesses. His areas of specialisation include financial services law (including the financing of companies with debt, including loans or debt instruments, e.g. bonds or other similar instruments, and the negotiation of financing documentation as well as collateral), as well as corporate restructuring and insolvency (including both acting for companies undergoing restructuring and representing creditors pursuing their claims in bankruptcy) and corporate transactions. She has practised for many years in providing ongoing legal services to companies, negotiating with domestic and foreign counterparties, in corporate matters as well as in the area of compliance.
