Associate, member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He has gained significant experience while working at reputable law firms as well as for one of the most recognised general contractors in Poland. He specializes in Building Law Code contracts, including FIDIC form contracts.
Dawid advises clients at all stages of construction projects from design to project architect’s supervision specializing, in particular, in processes related to the conclusion and negotiation of civil law contracts required in the implementation of infrastructural investments. He cooperates with Contract Engineers on a daily basis, providing comprehensive legal services in the course of road construction projects.
He is the author of numerous publications on issues related to public procurement law and implementation of investments based on FIDIC contractual standards .
