Legal advice and counsel were provided for the execution of the project entitled “Design and Construction of Szczuczyn–Budzisko (State Border) Expressway S61” based on the FIDIC conditions of contract, covering in particular claims administration, including an analysis of the circumstances of claims by reference to the clauses of the relevant Conditions of Contract; drafting and review of correspondence under the contract regarding the current issues of the contract performance. The project worth was ca. PLN 400 m.
