Magdalena Szymkowiak

She has over 10 years of experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs. As part of her professional practice, she has advised on the processes of preparation and implementation of investments in energy infrastructure (400 kV line Żydowo Kierzkowo – Słupsk, 400 kV line Baczyna – Plewiska, 110 kV line Świebodzice – Graby), and RES (renewable energy sources). Specialist in real estate law, with a particular focus on matters related to energy companies’ acquisition of legal titles to real estate for electricity transmission purposes.

 

Her practice includes providing legal services to general contractors of construction investments, including issuing legal opinions in the field of public procurement law, civil law and administrative law, including real estate management and construction law, as well as representation of contractors and investors in the course of court and administrative proceedings.

 

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate course in Legal and Economic Basics of the Investment Process at the Warsaw School of Economics.
