Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Advocate trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association.

 

Gained his professional experience in one of the renowned law firms, where he provided legal services to clients from the construction industry involved in the realization of public investments.

 

During his 5-year practice he has dealt with, among other things, disputes related to demands for payment valorisation (extraordinary change in the costs of construction works, impact of COVID-19 and war in Ukraine), necessity to perform additional and substitute works, quality of performed works, demand for direct payment, claims for payment of contractual penalties or withdrawal from a contract. Many times these cases were embedded in the specifics of contracts concluded using FIDIC templates.

 

He provided legal assistance to clients at the contractual advisory stage as well as during litigation.

 

He excellently defended his master’s thesis entitled: “Guarantee of payment in a construction contract”, prepared under the supervision of Prof. M. Kaliński.

 

Vice-president of the student Scientific Circle of Civil Law at the University of Warsaw in the 2021/2022 period.

 

Author of a scholarly article entitled: “Entities entitled to file a decree application under Article 7(1) of the Warsaw Decree. The problem of possession of land by the owner.”, which was published in the VIII Zeszyty Cywilistyczne KNPC Lege Artis.
