Legal representation of the Client in counterclaim disputes for infringement of Community and international trademarks and claims seeking to challenge trademark rights. Taking complex legal steps in separate administrative proceedings closely linked to the pending action in order to provide legal protection to the represented Client. Overseeing the process of retrieving and preparing complex evidence (the international aspect of the proceedings) for the purposes of the litigation. A proactive approach to the choice of the litigation strategy, including in respect of the negotiated settlement conditions. Successfully refuting the allegation made in the appeal court that the counterclaim was filed late by demonstrating that holding a hearing on an issue not related to the main relief sought cannot be held as the end date for filing a counterclaim (it is actually not the first hearing in the case).
