Representation of Client in proceedings being conducted by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. relating to the awarding of a public order for management and supervision over an investment task being carried out as part of the project entitled “Improvement of railway access to seaports located in Szczecin and Świnoujście”; the scope of legal services included full support of Client in the course of the proceedings, up to the selection of the most favorable offer as well as representation before the National Appeals Chamber (KIO).
